SHIPPING POLICY

Make sure you address is properly filled out.

Not responsible for misplaced or mis-delivered items if the address is filled out incorrectly.

Orders may take up to two days to process (not including weekends or holidays) before being shipped out.

Tracking information will be emailed to the provided email address at check out.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

If item shows delivered but you have not received it, you will have five calendar days to contact us.

RETURNS

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If you need to return an item contact us and we will be sure to get back with you as soon as possible.
